To bugline.

The reason the old Milwaukee Road tracks - now The Bugline Hiking trail was so named, was because of the way the tracks meandered from Milwaukee, Granville (Brown Deer), Menomonee Falls, Lannon, Sussex, Merton, to North Lake like a caterpillar. Since the tracks were not kept up very well, the speed was slow (10-20mph). The train stopped running on the tracks in the early 1970's.

I am looking for information about a fire which happened in the early 1930's. It burned out the 2 story portion of the Cyrus Davis house at W204 N7776 Lannon Rd.
